When you smell it cold, it mainly smells like smoke, but don't let that fool you. Once lit, this candle is AMAZING!  Smokey, yes, but with hints of spa scents (lavender, sage, eucalyptus) and earthy patchouli.   This candle flourishes when it is lit! 
 
Plus, who can resist the gorgeous, irridescent lavender jar?!
